Sarah Ross-Thompson

Sarah is a Fine Art Printmaker based on the South West Coast of Scotland looking out over the Irish Sea towards Belfast. She specialises in hand-inked, collagraph prints and construct her collage printing plates using materials such as string, salt, corrugated card, porridge oats and lichen. Her press is called Elvis!

She has been lucky enough to live in some of the most beautiful parts of Britain and needs only look out of the window to draw inspiration from the breathtaking scenery. Having recently moved from lush Argyll to Dumfries and Galloway, she now finds herself with a lighthouse view from her new studio window.
